ANDREW VILLALOBOS

I first moved to Riverside to study Philosophy at UC Riverside and play for the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team. The more I learned about the City, the more I appreciated its history and the buildings that represent the stories of previous generations. After I discovered the beautiful historic neighborhoods and houses, there was no going back. I believe in the importance of historic preservation, environmental stewardship, community involvement, and I love spending time outdoors. I’ve sold historic real estate in Riverside now for the last eight years and have become an expert in this niche of the market. In 2022 my wife Sophie and I took a two-year sabbatical and we traveled the world, visiting thirty-one countries across five continents. It was a life-changing experience and we’ve come back to Riverside with new eyes for this beautiful place we call home.
