ANDREW VILLALOBOS

I originally moved to Riverside to study Philosophy at UC Riverside and play for the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team. While those years sharpened my analytical mind and competitive drive, which has helped me in the real estate industry, it was the city itself that captured my heart. The more I explored Riverside, the more I fell in love with its history, the stories of previous generations told through the diverse architectural styles of our neighborhoods.

After discovering the unique charm of the Wood Streets and the city’s grandest historic estates, there was no going back. I dedicated myself to this niche, and since 2013, I have built a distinguished portfolio specializing in the preservation and sale of vintage homes. My approach is informed by my own hands-on experience; restoring a 1932 Andalusian Farmhouse taught me exactly what it takes to care for these properties, ensuring my clients receive the specialized guidance their historic investments deserve.

In 2022, my wife Sophie and I took a two-year sabbatical to travel the world, visiting 32 countries across five continents. It was a life-changing experience that allowed me to see the world, and now our city with new eyes.  I’m proud to call Riverside home and even prouder to help protect the historic character that makes it so beautiful.  When I'm not home helping clients purchase, sell or restore historic properties you'll find me running ultra-marathons, mountaineering or traveling to some far off country in search of adventure!
